  • Organic Rooibos Tea, My Chai Organic spice blend (Ginger, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves)

  • Thermomix®:

    • Add 6g of My Chai blend and 75g water to Mixing Bowl, insert Measuring Cup and brew for 2 min 30 sec/100°C/speed soft.
    • Remove Measuring Cup and add sweetener of choice to taste (we like a ½ teaspoon of raw honey), 250g milk (of your choice) and brew for 7min 30sec/90°C/speed soft.
    • Pour My Chai tea through a fine sieve into cup. Rinse tea leaves out of mixing bowl.
    • Return the liquid to Mixing Bowl, insert the Measuring Cup and whizz for 20 sec/speed 10.
    • Pour into mug/glass, sprinkle with My Chai Sprinkles (Cinnamon & Nutmeg) and enjoy.

    Stovetop:

    • Add 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) of My Chai blend and 100ml water to a small saucepan. Stir 2-3 minutes while blend brews.
    • Add 250ml of milk (of your choice), sweetener and stir on medium heat for 5-7min then remove from heat before tea boils.
    • Strain into cup through a fine sieve.
    • For a delicious, frothy finish, blend for 20 seconds after straining and pour into mug/glass, sprinkle with My Chai Sprinkles (Cinnamon & Nutmeg) and enjoy.
